What you'll do

As the AI & Software Engineer Lead at PMG, you will spearhead the development of AI-powered tools that revolutionize digital marketing strategies for some of the world's most iconic brands. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define the technical requirements and architecture of new features, ensuring they align with the overall vision of the Alli platform.

Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing backend services that are scalable and efficient, as well as leading code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the team. You will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their growth and development within the company.

You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, ensuring that they perform at their best under varying loads. By analyzing user feedback and performance metrics, you will continuously iterate on the features you develop, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience.
