You have a proven track record in business development, ideally with experience in leading consultant-led pitches and managing cross-functional teams. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants is exceptional, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can influence growth strategies. You understand the importance of aligning proposals with company values and vision, ensuring that every opportunity reflects the innovative spirit of PMG.
You possess strong strategic thinking skills, allowing you to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively. Your experience in marketing services and technology gives you a unique perspective on how to inspire brands and drive success. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and are committed to fostering an inclusive culture that values different perspectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead 2–4 concurrent mid-to-large consultant-led pitches, managing cross-functional pitch teams across media, strategy, and creative. You will partner closely with the Head of Growth and other leaders to shape PMG's approach to business development, ensuring that all proposals are thoughtful and impactful. Your responsibilities will include guiding the development of high-quality proposals that resonate with potential clients and reflect PMG's innovative approach to marketing.
You will also be instrumental in deepening relationships with consultants and prospects, leveraging your expertise to create opportunities for collaboration and growth. As you help PMG evolve its growth strategy, you will ensure that every opportunity aligns with the company's mission to inspire brands and people alike.
