Compliance Analyst • Entry-Level

Who you are

You hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a GPA of 3.0 or greater. You possess exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, allowing you to approach tasks in a structured, process-driven manner. You are capable of working independently or collaboratively, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to see each one through to completion. Your reading and writing skills are outstanding, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You are committed to the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance in all aspects of your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct the firm’s annual compliance audit and coordinate with internal Compliance colleagues to ensure adherence to regulations. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive library of exchange rules and regulatory enforcement actions, which is crucial for the firm's operations. Additionally, you will review and update compliance and trading policies to reflect current regulations and best practices. Your work will directly contribute to the success of Point72’s Compliance Department, supporting the firm’s investment and trading activities.
