What you'll do

As the Finance Manager at Point72, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the India office, leading finance oversight for various activities including Corporate Accounting, Market Data Research Finance, Vendor & Operations, and Procurement. You will provide senior-level financial partnership and decision support, translating commercial and operational priorities into disciplined financial outcomes while ensuring compliance with India-specific statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.

You will partner on complex, cross-functional initiatives impacting the India office, coordinating across global Finance, Technology, Legal, Regulatory Reporting, and Tax teams. Your role will involve representing the Finance team locally with regulators, auditors, and external service providers, including regional and offshore partners. You will also support local hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives in partnership with HR and functional leadership.
