What you'll do
In this role, you will build and lead a team of infrastructure engineers dedicated to enhancing the technology that supports Point72's systematic trading strategies. You will define team goals and priorities, ensuring they align with the firm's broader business objectives. Your leadership will promote a culture of excellence and innovation, encouraging team members to bring forward new ideas and solutions.
You will oversee the design and implementation of the technology infrastructure, ensuring it remains at the forefront of technological innovation. This includes managing the infrastructure that supports high-frequency trading across global markets. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including trading teams and quantitative researchers, to ensure that the infrastructure meets their needs and enhances trading performance.
What we offer
Point72 offers a competitive salary range of $275,000 to $350,000, along with discretionary bonus compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
