You are adept at developing custom plugins and standalone applications, showcasing your ability to extend existing capabilities and expose new features to end-users. Your understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines allows you to influence technology build, deploy, and release processes effectively. You are also skilled in designing and developing test automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Your quantitative understanding of commodity and energy risk, financial, and position datasets enables you to provide key pre-trade analytics and insights. What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain data services and adapters within a microservices architecture, ensuring that the technology stack is robust and scalable. You will develop custom plugins and interoperable applications in Java and C# to enhance existing functionalities and deliver new features to users. Your work will involve extensive interaction with commodity and energy datasets, providing critical pre-trade analytics and insights that drive decision-making.

You will influence the DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, playing a key role in the technology build, deploy, and release processes. Additionally, you will design and develop test automation frameworks to support integrated plugin development and external interfaces, ensuring that the software meets high standards of quality and performance.

Your responsibilities will also include developing a quantitative understanding of commodity and energy risk, financial, and position datasets, which will help you solve complex challenges and provide valuable insights to the team. What we offer

Point72 offers a competitive annual base salary range of $175,000-$245,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or a comprehensive benefits package.
