What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Macro PnL and position keeping systems, focusing on the implementation of a commodity trading application using OpenLink. You will monitor system stability and performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure that the trading application and post-trade workflows operate smoothly. You will manage user onboarding and offboarding, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring that users have seamless access to the commodity position system. Additionally, you will configure account rollups and instrument setups to produce accurate analytics that support commodity trading workflows. Your role will also involve innovating and improving system processes and tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency, and streamlining workflows. You will collaborate with technology and business teams to resolve issues and coordinate high-impact changes through proactive communication and thorough root cause analysis.
