What you'll do
As the UI Technical Lead, you will guide a team in developing innovative features and components for the Macro Front Office applications — your leadership will ensure that the team delivers high-quality software that enhances the user experience. You will be responsible for the architecture and design of the UI workspace, focusing on real-time analytics for P&L and risk management. Your role will involve mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers and risk analysts, to gather requirements and ensure that the applications meet their needs — your insights will help shape the direction of the technology used in the Macro business.
