Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in customer operations or a similar role, where you've been the primary point of contact for customers during the order fulfillment process. You understand the importance of customer experience and have a knack for ensuring smooth transitions between sales and delivery teams. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of order processing activities, including order validation and system setup. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally with various teams such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries. Your communication skills enable you to effectively convey information to customers and internal stakeholders alike.

What you'll do

As the Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the order fulfillment and onboarding lifecycle for deals below the defined revenue threshold. You will manage end-to-end order fulfillment activities, ensuring that all customer deliverables are met in accordance with internal SLAs. This includes validating orders, setting up systems, provisioning accounts, and generating license keys.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the provisioning or coordination of hardware orders or replacements when applicable. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth handoff from Sales to Delivery or Support teams, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses. You will also assist in resolving any issues that arise during the fulfillment process, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with Poppulo.
