Who you are
You have experience in operations management, particularly in overseeing fulfillment processes and ensuring timely order processing. You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively manage a team to achieve operational goals. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and IT departments to drive a seamless customer order processing experience.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, especially when it comes to resolving customer fulfillment issues. Your communication skills allow you to escalate and manage issues effectively, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the operational needs of different time zones.
What you'll do
As the Fulfillment Operations Supervisor, you will supervise a team responsible for processing new order activations, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and cancellations. You will ensure that all operations are executed efficiently and in alignment with Smartsheet's 24x6 operational support strategy. Your role will involve monitoring team performance, providing guidance, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity.
You will partner with various departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. This includes collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for managing escalations and resolving any fulfillment issues that arise, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate service.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Finance Operations based in the United States, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence within the Fulfillment Operations team. Your leadership will help drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
