Portcast is hiring an Account Executive to manage the full B2B sales cycle in the logistics tech space. You'll focus on building a strong presence in the US market. This role requires a strong track record in sales management.

Who you are
You have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the logistics technology sector, and a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Your customer-centric approach ensures that you understand client needs and can effectively communicate the value of our solutions. You are results-oriented and consistently meet or exceed sales goals through your ambitious approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable building relationships with shippers and freight forwarders.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback enables you to adapt your sales strategies accordingly. You are driven by data and understand how to leverage insights to improve the customer journey and increase conversion rates. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from outbound pipeline building to closing deals, with a primary focus on strengthening Portcast's presence in the US market. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, as well as the number of clients opting for paid trials and becoming long-term customers. You will also gather feedback from customers to refine our offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
