You have a proven track record in managing the full B2B sales cycle, particularly in the logistics technology space. Your experience includes targeting BCO/Shippers and Freight Forwarders, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales processes and build strong relationships with clients. You are sales-process-driven and customer-centric, always striving for results and excellence in your work. You understand the importance of meeting or exceeding sales targets and have a history of successfully converting trials into long-term customers. Your approach to sales is data-driven, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance customer experiences and drive profitability.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle, from outbound pipeline building to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on strengthening Portcast's presence in the APAC region, which involves identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with the company's goals and ensure that the solutions offered meet the needs of your clients. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets, which will require proactive pipeline building and effective deal-closing strategies.

You will also play a key role in enhancing the customer journey, ensuring that it is seamless and frictionless. This involves gathering feedback from clients and using it to improve processes and offerings. You will track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, allowing you to refine your approach and achieve better results. Your success will be measured not only by sales figures but also by the satisfaction and loyalty of your customers, as you aim to turn them into promoters of Portcast's solutions.
