Overview
Posh is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to drive new business through outbound sales activities and manage the full sales cycle. You'll work closely with the Community and Rev Ops teams to expand Posh's reach across new markets. This role requires a results-oriented mindset and experience in partnerships or sales.

You have a proven track record in partnerships or sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are results-oriented and driven, with a knack for engaging leads through proactive outreach. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build relationships with event organizers and other stakeholders effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You understand the importance of community and are passionate about helping others connect through shared interests. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a growing startup, always looking for innovative ways to drive growth.
What you'll do
As a Senior Partnerships Manager at Posh, you will be instrumental in driving new business through outbound sales activities. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting leads to closing deals. Your role will involve proactive outreach via email and phone, engaging potential partners and event organizers. You will collaborate closely with Posh’s Community and Rev Ops teams to leverage warm inbound opportunities and maximize growth potential.
