Overview

RevenueCat is hiring a Partnerships Manager to own and scale their Agency and Reseller partnerships. You'll manage relationships and drive revenue growth in a remote-first environment. This role requires experience in partnership management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the tech or SaaS industry. You understand the nuances of working with agencies and resellers, and you have a proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with partners effectively. You are data-driven and can analyze partnership performance to identify growth opportunities. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones.

Desirable

Experience working with mobile app developers or in-app subscription models would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with RevenueCat or similar monetization platforms is a plus. You are curious and eager to learn about the latest trends in app monetization and partnership strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and evolving the Agency Partner Program, ensuring that partners are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to recommend RevenueCat effectively. You will also manage a small number of regional Reseller partners, focusing on driving revenue and partner-sourced referrals. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with support and resources to succeed. You will analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth, and you will collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on strategies that maximize partner contributions to revenue. Additionally, you will participate in the development of marketing materials and training sessions for partners to enhance their understanding of RevenueCat's offerings.
