Who you are

You have a strong background in managing customer accounts, particularly in the software industry, and have successfully overseen several customers in the $20k-100k+ ARR range. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to understand customer needs and drive product adoption effectively. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are eager to contribute to the growth of innovative products. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at PostHog, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their success with our products. You will work closely with the Product-led Sales team to identify opportunities for product adoption and growth. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, and facilitating onboarding processes. You will also collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements. Your goal is to help customers maximize the value they derive from our offerings, ultimately contributing to their success and satisfaction.
