You thrive in high-impact, high-visibility roles and are comfortable reporting directly to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for driving reporting against goals, helping to shape the annual planning process. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments. You understand the importance of operational cadences and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with API platforms or related technologies. You may also have a background in data analysis or business intelligence, which would further enhance your ability to drive strategic initiatives and measure their success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the program management function within the Revenue Organization at Postman. You will work closely with the Head of GTM Strategy & RevOps to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's revenue goals. Your key responsibilities will include driving reporting against goals, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that execution aligns with the annual planning process.

You will also play a critical role in shaping how the organization approaches program management, establishing best practices and operational frameworks that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. As you expand the program management function, you will collaborate with various teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring that all projects are executed on time and within scope.
