Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in technology or software solutions. Your ability to build long-term, value-based relationships with clients is a key strength, and you thrive in engaging with senior technology leaders to uncover complex challenges. You understand the nuances of strategic account management and are adept at driving adoption of solutions at scale.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Postman's platform effectively. Your experience in leading account teams and collaborating with technical experts, such as Solutions Engineers and Field CTOs, has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales cycles. You are results-oriented and have a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through innovative solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead growth initiatives within Postman’s most important enterprise accounts, focusing on deepening engagement and expanding the company's footprint. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated account team, including a Principal Solutions Engineer and a Field CTO, to deliver the full value of the Postman platform to clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for growth, developing strategic account plans, and driving the adoption of Postman’s enterprise solutions.
You will engage with senior technology leaders to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Your role will involve conducting regular business reviews, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance metrics and reporting on progress to internal stakeholders.
