You have a proven track record in strategic account management, ideally with experience in the technology sector. Your ability to build long-term, value-based relationships with enterprise clients sets you apart. You are skilled at engaging with senior technology leaders and uncovering complex challenges that organizations face in their API journeys. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and expand the footprint of the solutions you represent. You understand the importance of driving adoption and ensuring that clients realize the full value of the platform.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead growth initiatives within a set of Postman’s most important enterprise accounts. You will work closely with a Principal Solutions Engineer and a Field CTO to form a high-caliber account team focused on delivering exceptional value to clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with senior technology leaders to understand their needs and challenges, driving the adoption of Postman’s enterprise solutions, and expanding the company's footprint within these accounts. You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that align with client goals and objectives. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions provided meet the technical and business requirements of the clients. You will track account performance and provide insights to improve engagement and satisfaction.
