What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a select portfolio of named, multi-million dollar accounts, acting as the primary executive contact for key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and closing complex expansion opportunities, both upsells and cross-sells, to consistently exceed revenue targets. You will engage deeply with your accounts, understanding their needs and challenges, and positioning Okta's solutions as the best fit for their business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that your accounts receive the highest level of service and support, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will also be responsible for developing strategic account plans that outline your approach to growing each account, including setting clear objectives and metrics for success. Regularly reviewing performance against these metrics will be crucial to your success in this role. You will participate in executive meetings with your clients, presenting insights and recommendations that demonstrate your understanding of their business and how Okta can help them achieve their goals.
