What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Commerce leadership team, providing counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. You will collaborate closely with the broader People & Culture team to ensure that HR initiatives are effectively implemented across the Commercial organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing talent management strategies that align with business objectives, facilitating leadership development programs, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

You will also play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent. By leveraging your expertise in HR analytics, you will provide insights that inform decision-making and help shape the future workforce.
