You have experience in customer support or a related field, and you understand the importance of clear communication in maintaining strong partner relationships. You are comfortable troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams to find effective solutions. Your ability to manage escalations with professionalism and reliability sets you apart. You enjoy working collaboratively and are committed to providing exceptional service to partners.

What you'll do

As a Partner Support Specialist at Prizeout, you will serve as a vital operational link between the company and its credit union partners. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve incoming escalations, ensuring that partner inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will communicate with partners to troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams to find solutions, and strengthen relationships through reliable communication. Your role will involve working closely with the Financial Institutions team to enhance the partner experience and ensure that all inquiries are handled with care and attention to detail. You will also be expected to contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
