What you'll do
As a Partner Support Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners and providing them with a flawless first experience. You will own the partner relationship for a large portfolio of accounts throughout the partner lifecycle, leading meetings and communications both virtually and in-person. Your role will involve maintaining and cultivating a value-driven, collaborative partnership with partners, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. You will work closely with various teams within Xometry to address partner inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Your focus will be on delivering best-in-class service and ensuring partner satisfaction throughout their journey with Xometry.
