What you'll do

As an Associate Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in the launch and adoption of PROCEPT BioRobotics' robotic surgical technology. You will work alongside surgeons and Clinical Specialists to ensure that every procedure is executed safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supporting in-procedure coordination and training operating room teams, helping to facilitate a seamless onboarding pathway for surgeons. You will cultivate strong relationships with both clinical and office staff, enabling effective procedural scheduling and early program success. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from users to continuously improve the adoption process and enhance the customer experience.
