What you'll do

As an Associate Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in the launch and adoption of PROCEPT BioRobotics' innovative robotic surgical technology. You will work alongside surgeons and Clinical Specialists to ensure that every procedure is executed with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include supporting in-procedure coordination and training operating room teams, helping to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for surgeons. You will cultivate strong relationships with both clinical and office staff, enabling effective procedural scheduling and practice integration. Your role will be foundational in bringing new accounts online and ensuring early program success.

You will also have the opportunity to gain deep exposure to clinical and commercial operations, allowing you to accelerate your development within the company. You will be supported by a highly collaborative team, providing you with the autonomy to build your competency and drive impact in a rapidly scaling organization. Your contributions will directly influence the success of the robotic therapy and improve the quality of life for patients.
