You have a proven track record in commercial leadership, ideally with experience in the medical device or healthcare industry. Your ability to develop high-performing teams is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to translate national strategies into effective regional execution plans. You are passionate about innovative technology and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional experiences. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with key stakeholders, including surgeons and hospital executives, to drive system adoption and procedural growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at resolving challenges quickly to maintain exemplary customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience in surgical robotics or related fields would be a significant advantage. What you'll do
As the Director of Regional Business, you will lead one of PROCEPTβs most critical growth engines, owning the commercial and clinical performance of your region. You will build, develop, and empower a high-performing team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists, ensuring they are equipped to drive procedural growth and achieve or exceed quota targets. Your role will involve translating national strategy into focused regional execution plans that expand procedural volume and strengthen account retention. You will work closely with key surgeons, hospital executives, and IDN leadership to advance system adoption and build strong relationships that foster trust and collaboration. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the direction of your region, backed by a highly collaborative organization committed to your success.
