What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the design and development of machine learning models that enhance Prodigal's AI capabilities. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities for AI integration in loan servicing and collections. Your responsibilities will include conducting research to improve existing models, deploying solutions to production, and monitoring their performance to ensure optimal results.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge of best practices in machine learning. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the strategic vision of building the Intelligence Layer for Consumer Finance, ensuring that Prodigal remains at the forefront of AI innovation in the industry.
