What you'll do

In this role, you will support the People team by partnering with HR Business Partners and the Learning & Development team to enhance people programs and operational execution. You will be involved in onboarding processes, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of training programs that empower employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.

You will also play a key role in supporting various HR initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and performance. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing program logistics and ensuring that all aspects of people operations run smoothly.
