You have a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in sales enablement, with a proven track record of supporting onboarding and ongoing development for sales professionals. Your ability to blend programmatic execution with field readiness makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

You understand the importance of a robust enablement strategy and have experience working closely with sales leadership to drive results. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex concepts and motivate others.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee and manage onboarding cohorts for quota-carrying sales professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. You will collaborate with North American sales leadership to develop and execute training programs that enhance field readiness and performance. Your responsibilities will include coaching sales teams, contributing to the global enablement strategy, and measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives.

You will play a key role in driving the success of the sales organization by ensuring that all team members are well-prepared and confident in their roles. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt training programs accordingly will be crucial in achieving sales targets and fostering a high-performing culture.
