What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of project44's global People Systems ecosystem, leading efforts to stabilize and repair existing systems while also re-architecting processes for better efficiency. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the systems meet the needs of the organization and support its growth. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the transformation mandate, ensuring that the People Systems are not only functional but also innovative and forward-thinking.

You will be responsible for designing and executing global people system strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience. This includes overseeing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing for audits. You will also focus on creating scalable reporting mechanisms that provide valuable insights into HR metrics and performance.
