Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in people operations or HR systems management, with a strong focus on Workday configuration and integrations. Your expertise in data integrity and compliance ensures that every data flow, from onboarding to payroll, is accurate and secure. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with teams across People, Finance, IT, Security, and Legal to drive operational excellence.
You possess strong leadership skills, having led high-performing teams in previous roles. Your ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution allows you to effectively manage projects and deliver results. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of maintaining a single source of truth for employee data, ensuring that it is auditable and compliant with regulations.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager, People Systems at Vercel, you will own the strategy and governance of the company's global People systems. You will lead the technical delivery of Workday configurations and integrations, ensuring that all data flows are accurate and compliant. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to align operational and regulatory requirements, making sure that the systems support the overall mission of Vercel.
