What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy for the CE Broker Learning Marketplace, defining the product roadmap and making strategic trade-offs between long-term impact and immediate business goals. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving the learner experience, focusing on content discovery and engagement. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand learner needs, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product vision is translated into actionable tasks and that the final product meets user expectations.

You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned with the product vision and that their feedback is incorporated into the development process. Your role will require you to balance the needs of education providers with those of learners, creating a dynamic ecosystem that fosters engagement and retention. You will track key performance metrics to measure the success of your initiatives and iterate on the product based on user feedback and data insights.
