What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the Super Compute Memory (SCM) team at Pryon, focusing on building high-performance computing infrastructure for AI memory systems. You will oversee the design and implementation of ingestion, retrieval, and inference layers, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and compliant with industry standards. Your role will involve collaborating with research, AI/ML engineering, and platform teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the team, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development process. You will also manage team dynamics, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to support your team's growth and development.

In this high-visibility role, you will have significant ownership over the projects you lead, making critical decisions that impact the success of Pryon's AI initiatives. You will work closely with the VP of Engineering to align team goals with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring that your team's contributions are recognized and valued.
