Who you are

You have a strong background in solutions engineering, with a focus on delivering impactful product demonstrations that resonate with prospective customers. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders. You are a subject matter expert on the capabilities of the products you represent, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can partner with sales and support teams to identify and fill gaps in customer needs.

Your experience includes a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and marketing automation tools, which enables you to provide tailored solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive lead conversions. You are proactive in gathering market feedback and using it to inform product development, ensuring that the solutions you offer are not only innovative but also aligned with customer expectations.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Qualified, you will showcase the platform to prospective customers through custom demos, discovery sessions, and technical workshops, averaging around 15 demonstrations per week. Your role will involve becoming a subject matter expert on Qualified’s capabilities, customer success stories, and best practices, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of the platform to potential clients.

You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and tailor your demonstrations accordingly, ensuring that each presentation addresses the specific needs and pain points of the audience. Additionally, you will work with Qualified Success Architects and Support teams to identify areas for improvement and develop scalable solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

Your contributions will be critical to the success of our customers and the growth of Qualified, as you help bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs. You will also play a key role in driving product development by providing insights and feedback based on your interactions with clients, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and relevant in the market.
