You are a proactive Solutions Engineer with a knack for understanding complex technical solutions and translating them into business value. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, ensuring that all parties are aligned throughout the sales process.
You have experience in a technical role, ideally within a B2B context, where you have supported sales efforts by providing technical insights and demonstrations. You understand the importance of compliance and risk management in regulated industries, and you are passionate about helping organizations navigate these challenges effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for the solutions aspect of the enterprise sales cycle. You will partner closely with the enterprise sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Smarsh's solutions can meet their needs. You will also collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and help shape product development.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, addressing any technical questions or concerns they may have. You will work alongside success management and professional services teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation, helping to set the stage for long-term customer success.
