You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully driven new business and expanded customer bases. Your ability to build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to navigate complex sales processes effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with local and regional teams to execute territory sales plans. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.

You are results-driven and possess a strong understanding of the Experience Management landscape. Your experience in selling software solutions to various sectors, including enterprises, governments, and academic institutions, equips you with the knowledge to address diverse client needs. You are comfortable engaging with decision-makers and can articulate the value of the Qualtrics platform in enhancing customer experiences.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. You are adept at leveraging data and insights to inform your sales strategies, ensuring that you meet and exceed your targets. You are motivated by challenges and are always looking for innovative ways to approach sales.

Desirable

Experience in the Experience Management or related software industry is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in consulting or business development can also be beneficial, as it provides a solid foundation for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Qualtrics' presence in Hong Kong by driving new business and growing the customer base. You will engage with leading enterprises, governments, and academic institutions to sell the Qualtrics Experience Management platform. Your day-to-day activities will involve executing territory sales plans, identifying potential clients, and building multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with local and regional teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and execution. Your role will require you to conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, allowing you to position Qualtrics effectively against competitors. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of the Qualtrics platform to prospective clients.

As you build relationships with clients, you will work to understand their unique challenges and objectives, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs. You will leverage your expertise to provide insights and recommendations that drive customer success and satisfaction.
