You have experience in embedding pragmatic, business-focused privacy advice into product development and commercial contracting. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and scale Qualtrics' global data protection program, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. You will work closely with product teams to embed privacy considerations into the development lifecycle, providing guidance on data usage and protection strategies. You will also engage with regulatory bodies and manage incident response related to data breaches or privacy concerns.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing privacy policies and procedures, conducting privacy impact assessments, and providing training to employees on privacy best practices. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that privacy is prioritized in all business operations, helping to create a culture of accountability and transparency around data protection.
