You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the regulated public sector — you've successfully driven growth through strategic partnerships and understand the complexities of government sales processes. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with partners is exceptional, and you thrive in collaborative environments where teamwork is essential to success.
You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data to inform your sales strategies — you understand how to integrate partners into the sales and go-to-market processes effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly to both partners and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving partner sales quotas and accelerating partner-impacted revenue. You will strategically integrate partners into the sales process early and often, ensuring that collaboration with internal and partner sellers is seamless. Your role will involve working closely with the Ecosystem function and regional Centers of Excellence to drive sales initiatives.
You will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, developing strategies that align with Qualtrics' goals in the regulated public sector. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and understand the unique needs of government clients will be crucial in this role. You will also be expected to provide feedback to product teams based on partner interactions, helping to shape the future of Qualtrics' offerings.
