Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience supporting multiple software products and services, particularly in a sales context. Your background equips you with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and articulate the value of technical solutions effectively. You possess strong questioning skills that allow you to anticipate and exceed customer needs, ensuring that you can influence and educate clients on how NICE's solutions can best satisfy their requirements.
You are adept at managing the functional and technical aspects of the sales process, demonstrating a keen understanding of both business and technical users. Your experience has taught you the importance of collaboration, and you thrive in a team-oriented environment where you can actively contribute alongside account executives and other teams.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at NICE, you will lead the functional and technical sales process, focusing on solutions development across the company's portfolio. You will deliver demonstrations that align NICE's offerings with customer business challenges, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value of the solutions. Your role will involve identifying and interpreting customer requirements, allowing you to manage and address any functional and technical challenges that arise.
You will assist in defining and executing successful proof of concepts (POC) when appropriate, showcasing how NICE's solutions can meet client needs. Your ability to respond promptly to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs will be crucial in this role, as you work to position NICE's products effectively in the marketplace.
