You are a highly motivated and experienced Technical Consultant with a strong background in customer relationship management and technical consulting. What you'll do
In this role, you will be a critical partner to our customers and our AI engineers, guiding them through the successful implementation and adoption of the Quiq platform. You will conduct workshops to understand customer requirements and translate these into detailed design specifications. Your responsibilities will include configuring the Quiq solution to align with customer needs, setting up messaging channels, routing rules, and intelligent agent workflows.
You will provide strategic guidance and best practices to customers, helping them optimize their use of the Quiq platform for maximum impact on customer experience and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for various customer stakeholders, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
