What you'll do

As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Zocdoc, you will play a crucial role in onboarding large health systems and enterprise clients. You will guide clients through every step of the integration journey, from discovery to go-live, ensuring a seamless technical experience. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand the technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans for clients.
