You have a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly with AWS and Azure, and are passionate about ensuring customer success. With experience in troubleshooting complex issues, you excel at communicating effectively with customers to resolve their technical questions. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are dedicated to providing exceptional support throughout the customer lifecycle.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments in both on-premises and cloud environments. Your proactive approach allows you to anticipate customer needs and address potential challenges before they escalate. You are results-driven and focused on delivering value to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with Qumulo's innovative storage solutions.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer III at Qumulo, you will engage with customers to address their technical inquiries and resolve complex issues related to cloud environments. You will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of customer issues, ensuring proper communication and resolution. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues with deployed Azure or AWS cloud file systems, including cloud infrastructure problems, permissions issues, and performance challenges.

You will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to proactively manage each customer's deployment and business needs. This includes prioritizing and driving resolution for escalated customer issues, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support. Your expertise in cloud technologies will be instrumental in helping customers maximize the value of their Qumulo solutions.
