You are comfortable leveraging infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation to streamline deployments and enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Professional Services Engineer II at Qumulo, you will own the delivery of a broad range of professional services, including installations, training, and consulting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive the most value from their Qumulo deployment, facilitating a smooth transition and effective use of the platform. You will coordinate customer onboarding processes, ensuring that all installations are executed flawlessly.
You will leverage your technical expertise to deliver deployments in both cloud and on-premises environments, utilizing infrastructure-as-code tools to enable scalable and consistent outcomes. Your role will involve close collaboration with customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Qumulo's products. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions, empowering customers to utilize the platform effectively and efficiently.
