You have a strong background in customer-facing roles, ideally with experience in the contact center industry. Your consultative approach allows you to engage effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met while providing specialized expertise around NICE products. You are adept at managing customer expectations and satisfaction, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and coach junior staff.

You possess a solid understanding of CRM systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and analytics, which enables you to provide valuable insights to clients. Your ability to coordinate inter-departmental activities ensures that projects run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of client engagements.

What you'll do

As a Professional Services Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a consultative capacity, providing specialized expertise around our products and the contact center ecosystem. You will manage customer expectations and satisfaction while configuring NICE products based on best practices and customer requirements. Your role will involve coordinating activities across departments within NICE to ensure successful project delivery.
