Who you are
You are an established broker with a proven track record of building a sizable book of business. With sufficient experience in the industry, you understand the challenges brokers face and are motivated to create innovative solutions that drive growth. Your strong sales abilities enable you to handle high-volume deals efficiently, generating quotes and servicing policies quickly. You possess excellent communication skills, both in-person and written, allowing you to cultivate relationships with clients and agents effectively. You are organized and detail-oriented, with a natural desire to see things through, demonstrating a scrappy attitude when it counts. Your willingness to travel as needed shows your commitment to meeting client demands and expanding business opportunities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive sales and secure new carrier appointments to enhance QuoteWell's presence in the Southeast Region. You will support the evolution of wholesale operations, ensuring that processes are streamlined and efficient. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents will be a key focus, as you solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business. You will negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets, collaborating closely with the Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop solutions that improve the policy lifecycle in the surplus lines space. Your leadership will help shape the next phase of growth for QuoteWell, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company's future.
