QuoteWell is seeking a Senior Broker to drive sales and grow their footprint in the Midwest region. You'll leverage your industry experience to build client relationships and negotiate terms. This role requires a strong background in sales and the necessary licenses for your lines of business.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an established broker with significant experience in the industry, having built a sizable book of business. Your strong sales abilities allow you to handle high-volume deals effectively, generating quotes and servicing policies quickly. You possess excellent communication skills, both in-person and written, which enable you to cultivate client and agent relationships successfully. Your organized and detail-oriented nature ensures that you see projects through to completion, and you have a history of being resourceful when challenges arise. You are willing and able to travel as needed to meet clients and agents, demonstrating your commitment to building and maintaining relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive sales and secure new carrier appointments to expand QuoteWell's footprint in the Midwest region. You will support the evolution of wholesale operations at QuoteWell, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions that streamline efforts across the policy lifecycle in the surplus lines space. Your responsibilities will include soliciting, marketing, quoting, binding, and confirming new and existing business, as well as negotiating the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets. You will play a key role in shaping the next phase of QuoteWell's growth, leveraging your industry knowledge to overcome challenges and build smarter solutions.
