Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, with experience ensuring that customer configurations within data center environments are secure and operational. You understand the importance of maintaining high uptime and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your attention to detail ensures that all systems are monitored and maintained effectively.
You thrive in a structured environment and are comfortable working on-site, collaborating with a team to ensure that all operational standards are met. You are familiar with the technical aspects of data center operations and are committed to delivering exceptional service to customers.
What you'll do
As a Data Center Operations Technician III, you will take ownership of all IT infrastructure within the data center, ensuring that customer server environments are secure and operational. You will be responsible for monitoring systems, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to maintain the highest levels of uptime. Your role will involve working closely with other technicians and engineers to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency.
You will also be tasked with documenting processes and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in operations. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers will be crucial in addressing any concerns and providing timely updates on system status. You will work a schedule from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, contributing to a stable and efficient data center environment.
