You have experience in data center operations, ensuring that IT infrastructure is secure and operational. What you'll do
As a Data Center Operations Technician III, you will be responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure within the data center environment. You will ensure that customer server environments are secure and operational, maintaining a 99.999% uptime. Your role will involve monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure that all configurations are correctly set up and maintained. Your responsibilities will include performing regular maintenance checks, responding to incidents, and documenting processes to improve efficiency. You will also be involved in training junior staff and sharing your expertise to foster a knowledgeable team.
