You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector — you understand the nuances of managing client relationships and driving customer success. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to embrace the evolving landscape of financial technology and operations. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your strategies.

Desirable

Experience with financial operations platforms or corporate card solutions would be a plus, as would familiarity with AI-driven tools that enhance business processes. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it complements the account management role by providing insights into client acquisition and retention strategies.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Ramp, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with finance teams to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage Ramp's innovative financial operations platform. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, guiding them through the implementation process, and ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our tools effectively. You will regularly check in with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features. Collaborating with internal teams, you will relay client feedback to help shape product development and improve user experience. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance metrics and reporting on client success stories to highlight the impact of Ramp's solutions.
