You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform your strategies and decisions, helping clients maximize the value they receive from Ramp's platform.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams — your ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, such as product and engineering teams, allows you to advocate for your clients effectively. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of a growing startup, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Ramp, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market clients, ensuring they are successfully onboarded and fully utilizing the platform's capabilities. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional features or services. Your role will involve analyzing client usage data to provide insights and recommendations that drive engagement and retention.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential new clients and assist in the sales process by providing insights into client needs and expectations. Additionally, you will work with the product team to relay client feedback, helping to shape the future development of Ramp's offerings.
