Overview

RAPP is hiring a Senior Account Director for a 12-month contract in London to lead client relationships and oversee operational excellence for a luxury automotive client. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in team management.

Who you are

You have significant experience in account management, particularly in leading client relationships and overseeing operational processes. Your background includes a solid understanding of strategy and creative processes, which allows you to effectively manage client expectations and deliver results. You are flexible and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail that ensures high-quality outcomes in all your projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills are second nature to you, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. You are curious, innovative, and ambitious, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive success. While automotive experience is a bonus, it is not a requirement for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take a lead position within the Adaptation Team for our luxury automotive client, managing the Adaptation Delivery stream for the Global Content Hub. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operational oversight, reporting, and quality assurance, ensuring that all processes run smoothly across 33 markets. You will manage daily relationships with the Global Content Hub client, markets, and the Central Team, facilitating the roll-out of adaptation processes and striving for operational excellence. Additionally, you will govern Adaptation Hub processes and handle any escalations that arise. You will also support transformation projects, training teams, and presenting new ways of working to ensure alignment and efficiency across all business units.
